The August general membership meeting had a great turnout. The members voted overwhelmingly, to approve the request from the executive board to move forward with renovations to the Union Hall. Toward the end of the meeting, Mr. & Mrs. Garry Brown (and on behalf of the community) presented, President Jim Shurling & slate, with the Award of Gratitude, thanking Local 512 for their years of devoted and outstanding service.
